this movie was shit... i kept wondering how long of it was left it was THAT bad... all thought every part the joker was in was great. but you cant build a movie just on that... why do people love this crap so much?

I love Nicholson, but I have ALWAYS HATED his portrayal of the Joker. I felt he was Nicholson in a Joker suit... Plus the movie was BAD... and seriously underplayed the Joker and could have done so much more with him. I have never understood people who liked Nicholson as the Joker.

batman begins wasnt THAT great.....it was OK, but just OK. but i am hopeing TDK will kick ass. im not one of those ppl that instantly fell in love with begins. i am not a fan of long drawn-out origin stories, i like the action bits. BB took too long to get to the batman parts, and i wasnt crazy about the villians, scarecrow was disapointing and Ras al ghul only showed up at the end. lame. but, with TDK, we got the friggin joker! and no origin! you cant go wrong here! least i hope not...

um, im not a burton/nicholson fanboy, just a burton fanboy, if you must call it that. hes my favorite director. well, peter jackson comes close, but i've loved ALL of burtons movies growing up, not just his bat flicks. just cuz your name doesnt say "nolanrules" doesnt mean your not just another biased nolanite fanboy. |
