i watched this movie last night...well just like 10 minutes then i just skipped to Elton :D THE WHOLE MOVIE IS A SONG.....pretty annoying

This is still so awesome, 33 years later! They filled it with the best--Elton, Tina, Eric, Jack Nicholson, Ann-Margret, Oliver Reed... Amazing! Some of the trivia is fascinating too--f'instance, Ken Russell considered Tiny Tim for this role. Bowie for The Acid Queen. Only Russell could have done this so well!
