The scaring thing about the clip is that real "Vicky's" do exist! Perhaps not to the comedic value as Vicky provides however. Countries such as England and Australia, actually reward lowly educated individuals with many financial incentives to have children. I'm not suggesting for a moment that these people won't love their children, but when pregnancy is used to solve money issues, problems can occur as children are there longer than temporary financial difficulties.
