BUSH and FRANK = Both Purely selfish Political frauds who are only out for themselves , and couldnt care less about the avg American in any capacity.
Whats wrong, was that too honest and Truthful for a peanut brain Moron like yourself ?

I agree with congressman frank that most of Mr. O'reilly's points wouldn't be as valid if they were simply written down. It's his delivery which confuses people into believing they may be valid. Personally any discussion undertaken so heatedly isn't valid in my eyes as a reasoned one. Makes me question why this is viewed as "news" rather than "entertainment."
And note all of the above has NOTHING TO DO with the issue that was "discussed." no sides here.

Im glad O'Reilly tore him a new one.

Whatever, you idiot.

Explain to me what you would have done differently as President to have avoided the Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac situations. President Bush was FOR regulating them, BUT it was Democratic Congress-people who felt otherwise, so it really was all Barney's fault. He said that although it was not the best investment right now, it would be fine in a short time. This was clearly not the case, but the coward will not own up to his mistake. Barney, grow a pair, and take responsibility for your actions!

seriously, people are going to slander bill while he's fighting with the guy who let fannie and freddie rome free. are you guys idiots?

just because someone's prez doesn't mean he's always in control, fannie and freddie were 2 things bush wanted to keep a better eye on, but no, every single dem in congress defended them. memory helps

This is a rare...RARE moment when I agree with Bill. You tell em Bill!
medartist01 (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
You're right, 2connect. Barney Frank was President of the United States from 2001-2008. He also controlled all aspects of the FED, as FED Chairman under Bush, and he was also the Financial Chief under Bush. Also, he was King of all the Senate, and he owned all the banks and lending houses.
It was all Barney's fault.
By the way, it was Bill Clinton's fault too. After all, 8 years ago, Bill created the current recession by passing George W. Bush a surplus-budget in 2001?
Damned Democrats?
