There's really nothing you can do but practice. If you can consistently fc it on slowest and slower, then clean up how you play it on slow to start off. Try getting 100% on it a few times until you really have it down, then bump up to full speed and do the same. If at any time you just start losing it and just can't hit it anymore, go down a speed and work on it again. It's frustrating, tedious, and takes a LOT of time, but the persistance will pay off in the end.

he didn't speed up the film, hes just good at doing it one-handed. Its not that much harder, its just not consistent and hurts your hand.
