This is an excellent video for someone with a basic understanding of plyometrics who wants to observe good form and pick a plyometric exercise which targets their specific needs.

good demonstration of some plyometric excercises. Plyometrics are excellent for conditioning for sports a few for examlple are basketball,skiing,track and field soccer. |
