I never thought they were stock. But the 1jz is alot weaker than the 2jz still. It has more displacement and is built stronger. I'm not saying a 7m or 1jz cant beat a 2jz, I'm just saying it takes a hell of a lot more to make a 7m or 1j as fast as a 2j.

Actually, both cars are not stock, far from it ) and that MKIII isnt even a 7m, but a 1jzgte with a single turbo, mine is a single turbo with a gt42 etc...

Actully,. MK3 Weighs 3468 lb and a MK4 Weighs3505 lb,. Id choose mk3 over the mk4 anyday,. thats why i own a 2jz mk3 :D

No it wouldnt... That MKIII weighs tons more and the engine isnt as strong. I own an MKIII btw, so I'm not hating. Plus, one big turbo is better than 2 smaller turbos, thats why everyone with an MKIV-TT convert to a large single turbo |
