Yea I heard FRAPS kills some computers, I tried Wegame with priboy mod on, was amazing when I put it up on the web.

its slow only because my pc doesnt like fraps.
no i dont use old betas, however there are no such level in the old betas (only cordon and agroprom) so i can only use screenshots :S nothing much but better than nothing.
