This cop is an asshole. As soon as the guy said his dog was dying he should have looked in the passenger side and let them go. Yes the driver was wrong for speeding and talking on a cell but if it was your dog/cat/whatever the fuck wouldnt you be speeding? Not to mention it didnt look like he was driving reckless. If the reporter would have asked me what I think should have been done to the officer I would have said if he has a dog go this his house and choke the life out of it before his eyes.

how could you replace a animal you can get a new one but that is the dog they love.i know what its like for a animal to die.my cat got hit this summer by a car and she was a very very nice cat.and she still hade kittens to feed.so my brother and i hade to take her place and rase them give them kitten chow.and they lived.
