NO. John/Paul wrote it. It was inspired by some kind of amusement park ride by the same name. Manson liked the "spooky" sound of the song and used it for his insane scheme to to start a race war by killing wealthy white Americans and blaming it on blacks. (Needless to say, it didn't work. 9 People were brutally killed over two nights for no other reason than Manson wanted to see if could make his followers kill for him).
