he fights the EXACT same way in all the games. now its a tradition, so its a shame for them to change the way he fights in the later games.Maybe he's not that different, but it is somewhat different in 64.

I think he's a relative of Kirby,or at least a similar species, because in the 64 game it says somewhere he was a longtime rival. He also can suck, and because he's not a balloon he can't fill himself up with their power. He can also float, and has similar skin texture. The only difference is height and color. And of course, one of them's nude

Great, while Bowser does not suck, i was hoping for a heavy character that was easy to use on approach. Thanks for a lot of information man

A penguin is the closest you'll get to knowing what DDD is. I think he's intended to be a penguin anyway. DDD can suck in ppl/objects. He spits ppl out and does damage, or he swallows physical projectiles, ie items.
DDD is VERY good in Brawl, he is in the top tier and is currently ranked 3rd overall. I didn't think he was going to be that good being a big heavy character... who knew?

DDD is probably harder in the first games because of how restricted you are when playing old games. The main reason, IMO, why games got easier is because of how much more versatile the player has actually become. Example, it's harder to play a game where your character can only shoot up, down, left, right, and the 4 diagonals. The game is much easier when you can shoot in EVERY direction. AIs can only improve so much...
