"I do want people to know that Ninja/and the art of NIMPO in Japan, started by a Yamabushi who was trained in China"
I'm sick and tired of hearing that.
Our requirement is that you should disclose original source written in Chinese relating to the matter.

We have various opinions in the reason why a ninja occurred. However, the realistic opinion has nothing to do with China and Korea. The opinion supported most is the following explanation.
The manor that became the lawless area in the early days of the Sengoku times caused the rivalry of some small armed groups. They were armed farmer and employing mercenaries.
Because they performed a guerilla war and a spy routinely, the basics of Ninjutsu gradually developed.

It's ninpō ,忍法, no matter what you want to think...
Wikipedia, google, japanese people and bujinkan sensei agree
Ninpo is a japanese word and a japanese art. There never were "nimpo masters" in china.
..."learned nimpo in china", that's nonsence.
chinese and japanese are 2 different languages, stop insulting japanese people, telling them that ninpo is a chinese art.
Japanese Martial Arts are very different from chinese MAs, it's like comparing french to english.

The story of the tiger was one of the stories about the Yamabushi. The reason for the story if told right was to understand a fighting method which i am not about to teach. I do want people to know that Ninja/and the art of NIMPO in Japan, started by a Yamabushi who was trained in China, and anyone who know the real history of Ninja would know this. And as of China, to this day there espionage is legendary
Islandturbos (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
No, it's Nimpo. Yes Ninja's are from Japan but the art came from China. They way the art arrived to Japan was from a Yamabushi who lived in the mountains who went to China and learned Nimpo in China. The story about the tiger there is more to it and had meaning to it about fighting, and whoever who really studied real nimpo would know what method was used.

no they're not the best, that's isrealis, but belgian commandos are still on the top.
Seals may not be the best, but they're still commandos. Any special forces should not be underestimated, they're still part of "the best"
crazyseba666 (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
sry but this sounds uber fake.
First, it's NIN PO
Why would a chinese master have a japanese name anyways?
Ninjas are from japan, but they did indeed get influenced by chinese combat techniques.
Mountains close to china? LOL?
There is a sea between china and japan, did you forget that? Korea is near, china is very far, especially in those days.
Killing a tiger that's sounds like a fairytale...no serious history book will accept that same story as the beginning of nin po. |
