Yep. But... psp browser sucks. It was a firmware update. And... guess what? the new nintendo dsi has a browser as free download!

It has a 3mp camera build in, flash card option. build in browser Lighter (it weights half the PSP, slim 'n lite :P)
bigger screen, from 3 inch to 3.25 inch
