Get the Canon EF 50mm /1,8II, it is really good, and totaly worth the money!!!

th ef 50mm 1.4 seeems good and is affordable a ot of professional photographers use it as a gneral purpose lens
The ef 50m 1.8 is even more affordable.

Get the 17-85 kit if you can it has more zoom and is better in low light situations,]
Its MUCH better than the 18-55.
Get a reversing ring for macro shots ,close ups.
The other lens I'd recommend is the new 70-300mm with "IS" Image stabilzation NOT the old 75-300 but these lenses are expensive. The old EF 75-300 is good for extra zoom at mid range though and relatively cheap but has to be held totally still. |
