EX-F1 : DigInfo
DigInfo - ( http://movie.diginfo.tv) Displayed at PIE 2008 in Tokyo, Casio's new EX-F1 camera is equipped with a 6 megapixel CMOS sensor and a 12x optical zoom and has many capabilities not found on other digital SLR cameras such as an extremely high shutter speed and high speed movie recording function. The high speed burst mode can capture images at a rate from 1 fps to 60 fps in regular light conditions and even in low light the rapid flash function makes it possible to shoot at 7 fps. A built in LED light allows shooting at 10-60 fps. A continuously recording buffer makes sure that even if the button is pushed late, the camera can capture the desired moment since recording occurs even before the button is pushed. The high speed movies can be recorded at variable speeds including 300, 600 and up to maximum of 1,200 fps. With the movie button movies can be shot quickly without having to switch modes. A slow motion review button makes it possible to view both images taken in burst mode and movie mode frame by frame. Along with these two features the camera can record Full HD 1920x1080 movies at up 60 fps. Movies can also be recorded at 1280x780 resolution and 640x480. This camera will be on sale March 28th.
