I never said that gymnastics was not beautiful anymore, I simply remark that, for ME (and it doesn't have to be like that for everyone), the old style seemed more artistic. That's it.

Utter rubbish. The "old style" you refer to was BORING. This isn't ballet, it's gymnastics. The current style is far more energetic, explosive and entertaining.
