They ever heard of friction, human friction to a building over age can allready bring severe damage to a building, the friction of the wind can do the same... But a building thats allways in friction will simply destroy itself in time or it will be just to expensive to maintain it... It will be cool when its just finished ofcourse but thats also with a new car.

only 6% of Dubai's revenue comes from Oil/Gas. The rest comes from Financial services, Trade, etc.
