Firstly, catholics don't believe the pope is all pure and holy. We call him the Holy Father, because that's just a distinction given to him here on earth but it doesn't literaly mean he is on par with God. Like you said the 'only real pure and holy people' you made a distinction there, 'real'. There is also a saying 'all glory and honour to God' but it's just a saying, a lot of people honour other people, it's not the same as worshipping and you have to understand the context.

wait, HumaniGeneris, the pope didn't do anything, and what i meant is they were saying, "praise the pope he is pue & holy" (or something close to that)and saying crap like that, no MAN is pure or holy, i mean we can have our sins forgiven from Jesus Christ if we ask Him, but the only real Pure & Holy people is God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit (and His angels)
