Oh yeah. It's Lucas Brunelle video and he rocks as always ! :) But so crazy riding is fuckin' eXtreme! cannot do the same in my city. Here in Moscow we have no bike messengers and such races :( even no bike paths at all. But I'm riding my bike sometimes instead of using undeground for getting to work. Traffic much more horrible. Can see an example of wobbling in congestion on my videos :) BTW what is average speed of the winners ? :)

yeh the bike tax idea is nonsense i agree, but i dont think cyclists should exploit the gaps, i always cycle (by choice not moeny restraints) and always obey the road rules. but taxing bikes is crazy, its a bike! are gonna tax shoes or bags next? i heard today theyre thinkin of making people with trees in gardens pay every three years to have safety checks, a tree tax sort of. too much bureaucracy, not good.
