Hey, Jeeptu J! Congrats to you for shredding 22 pounds! So far, I lost 18 pounds in 2 months. The first couple of weeks was really hard, but I get accustomed to it. Yeah, the warm up is very important-must get good body stretches o keep from pulling muscles. I still have a ways to go, but I'm determined.
