There are several of wrong information and misinterpretations in this video! As an example, no computer will go beyond the capabilities of the human brain until we know how the brain works and it is still a log way to it, longer than a mere of 20 years. The amount of information enters your brain does not matter at all, but the "selectivity" that your brain impose on them is important, since the brain filters the unnecessary ones during sleep for example, and so they remain irrelevant!

These "shift happens" videos strike fear into the viwers. And for what reason? Engineering is used to make lives better, not make it worse. Also why does it matter if the UK is not the center of the world anymore? Its still an excellent place to live. I do have to say this though, if Americans are really concerned about their place in the world they should stop chosing business careers and go into technical fields were there is high demand.
