The world courts are the courts of a One World Government. The state you live in already has a court system. Your state is in a union of states. The state already has the power to secede. No world court needed.

Every country has its Kosovo - now with independent Kosovo I don't see any reason why Vermont is NOT an independent country by now!

The people of the Southland needs to win their independce in the World courts. The first war for independce was legal and proper.

If the First Secession in 1776 had failed, the Founding Fathers would have been hung for treason, and branded as rebel traitors. The Second Secession was constitutional and necessary, but defied by a tyrannical dictator who shat upon the constitution.
Secession may very well be the only means of saving our Nation.

A community forms into a city that has jurisdiction over community property, not an individual's property.
Counties have jurisdiction over lands not under City jurisdictions.
A State (Nation) provides for the common good and common defense.
