Bengals are an active breed. They like to run and play, thats what motivates them to run on the wheel.

Thanks! Haven't had a bengal yet that won't run on it. Our Maine Coon is a different story though, he avoids it like the plague.

It depends, the are very active, so when they are busy playing or exploring they don't want to be bothered with cuddling. They do enjoy it during down time though.
