I'm American but I agree. I think that there are a few exceptions to that, and I mean few. Those in charge of television here do an overall weak job. I can only occasionally watch anything because of its predictability and lack of originality. Don't get me started on all these "reality" shows. Sad thing is that most Americans would agree but those in charge don't care to hear what the people really want. Instead they tell the people what the people want. Same can be said for American radio.

Heres some explanation to why its bad. It's narrative is simplified and predictable. It's basic set up NEVER changes. It'sanother "dysfunctional family" sitcom, It's been done before and done better. It's a show that wont change or progress comedy, Its too scared to tell any amusing jokes on account that someone could get offended. I blame this style of comedy for making the TV industry scared to gamble on shows that are not just more original than this but completely superior on every level.
