not an ibanez headstock....maybe charvel. read liner notes on old vai tracks, going back to zappa days, 'strat abuse.' also, floyds CAN be added to other guitars.

actually Steve didn't play any Ibanez models until they rolled out the JEM in '87. The album, and this video came out in '86. Up until that point he was playing diff brands mostly customized Jacksons and modified Charvel strats.

hes playing a fuckin ibanez, look at the bridge its a floating floyd not many strats have that and the guitars body is to pointy for a strat
