I applied for the use of some unpublished music on Moby Gratis. Supposedly Moby is giving his music away to YouTubers that request it, but maybe he just gives music to his friends. I think I have a really great video for his music to go with, you should check it out on my homepage and see what you think (the film is called Giant Baby Attack). Tell Moby if he should let me use his music or not. I'll leave the decision in your hands. Thanks!

It's not his fault! he is only enforcing his copyright. I does not matter if you made a Feature film or just shot a video of your dog playing in the backyard If you use his or any artist music that isn't Royalty Free music then they have the right to sue you because you used there music. If you really want to use his song in your video then you should have emailed him and he could give you a price on a enrollment so that you could use the song.
Don't dis Moby just because you didn't copyright.

Moby you crushed my soul! I simply wanted to use your music in a cute video starring my kid and you shot me down cold. But the film got made even though you tried to stop it. Check it out on my channel. The film is called "Giant Baby Attack".
