well, he makes a point w/ that but with God, all things are possible. have you ever read? have you ever followed Him in deeds and truth? my dad was hands off, didn't preach anything to me, he told me what he believed. i didn't believe for years after that, we didn't even go to church. it took me until i was 27 to accept it after getting no answers from science or anything else. i decided to read it myself, did so roughly 3 times and came to my conclusion. i won't hate my son, christian or not.

As Stanhope points out in this clip, its far more unlikely that a grownup with a rational mind would believe the bible. While an open minded impressionable child is far more likely to buy into it. Specially if an authority figure like dad brainwashes him with it. Off course i dunno how you raise your child. Maybe you really do raise ur kids to be free. Its nothing personal. But childeren are the future so they got everything to do with it.

the first thing you need to do is not lump me in w/ creationists who declare to know the age of the earth, which is NOT written in the bible. what is written is that man cannot know these things because God asked Job to declare where he was when the foundations of the earth were laid. dinosaurs aren't in the bible either, so why do expect a defense? if you're going to debate w/ a real christian, you'll have to stick to the scriptures and not follow everyone who claims to be a man of God.
