I've been doing this for over 30 years and have to agree with sandman1968, lot's of mistakes here. We all learn with experience and the best lessons I've had are the tips and advice from the guys that have done it longer than I have.

that kind of lowboys (beaver tail) dont have ramps where we operate them imagine one man lifting a 300# ramp, and also the ramps wont last long.
ironbear79 (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
well you think is a job not well done, but first the low boy is a four axel in two, 2. the machine was turned very slowly in order to avoid moving it and for the backward, well that´s the purpose of mirrors and if you have it straight in one side is going to be right on the other.
sandman1968 (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
A lot of stupid mistakes here, first you should put the bucket on the ground next to the lowboy to pick up the tracks. Having the bucket placed on the lowboy puts unnecessary strain on the lowboy in one place. Second turning the top of the machine while sitting on the tire may cause machine to move a little causing a blow out on a tire or two which may cause the machine to go over the side, third going backwards while on the lowboy duh you can't see where your going. I been at this for 18 years.
