Yes there's something of her in this, but there's also a strong similarity to Anna Karina in Jean Luc Godard's "Alphaville."

The music is the clear iinspiration of Polish composer Wojciech Kilar. The spirit is enterily polish. Just google "Wojciech Kilar Angelus" or "Victoria" and you will find out.
