i was, indeed, lucky to have seen this show live in toronto - and there weren't many people my age there that night! but it's not hard to see she is one of the true greats . also view judy garland's version in 1963. very powerful. ms horne and miss garland actually have a lot in common in their respective approaches to singing. damn the facial contortions! they don't care what they look like when they sing 'cause the notes and the emotions are far more important.
