Avi why does it matter how people were made into refugees? That doesn't make it illegal for them to return to there homes.
Jews and Arabs have much in common part of the reason the European Zionists choose Palestine as a homeland for Jews was because Arabs and Jews are related to one another.
More related then they are to European or Asian or African peoples.

If you use common since you would have known that as in any conlict people live the areas that are in war.

I would STILL call it genocide - by stealth. Deliberate killing of babies & children still goes on. Most recent example I heard was watching a journalist interview a woman recovering in hospital after being shot in the shoulder. She was no longer a mother, as her 3 week old baby had a fatal bullet fired into its head from an IDF soldier in Gaza.
