After watching a bit of this, I decided to give the whole Psi wheel thing a shot. Much to my surprise, I got it to move a little. Your videos are quite inspiring! And for that, I thank you.

I have been quite erratic at how I trained myself. I practise most days, for varying lengths of time, sometimes for fifteen minutes, sometimes an hour or more. As to how much you need, I'm shooting in the dark as much as you. I suppose it's probably like gym: the more you go, the quicker you get fit.
