im a cyclist in the semipro league in portugal, and TRUST ME!! i was close to lose a friend in a cycling crash because of him not wearing an helmet... he crashed at 40 kmh broke his front teeth FUCKED up his nose in another level and broke his jaw! apart from all that he was lucky nothing worst happend to him. an helmet would not only save his nose and some teeth but would also protect him from something worst... so wear an helmet please :|

Try cycling 100 miles in a day - it is hard work, but worth it!
