not true: Windows Mobile phones have actually lost market share since the iPhone was available. Also, how will Microsoft compete with Google Android (free/open source) and Symbian (soon-to-be-open source [ for cell phone companies] ) when Microsoft is charging licensing fees...? It seems like Apple will sell to those who want a tightly integrated phone, while those who want a non-iPhone smartphone will get an Android or a Symbian phone.

As if he isn't right. Apple has made fun of the Zune. Why shouldn't Microsoft? Oh, and microsoft is only behind Apple when it comes to mp3 players. They win everywhere else. More Windows Pcs are sold than macs. Likewise, more Windows Mobile phones are sold than iPhones. Didn't anyone actually watch the video?
