How is the recycle time with the 540ez and the canon battery pack. I want to upgrade my vivitars since they recycle slow, but dont need all the automation of the 580ex

If I am correct I had the setting at 125 @ f/4 at like 400 ISO but that is just from the top of my head I would have to go back and look at the raw files and see the meta data info. But I just did some test shots until I found the exposure that worked for me. Also I had to make adjustments during the shoot. If you are doing a shoot like this depending on the room size and ceiling height and color you may have completely different setting than me.

Thank you so much Larry. What setting do you set your camera on to shoot these great shots?

Hi Larry, thx for the video. Can i ask few questions?
1. Could you give more detail about the hotshoe adaptor?(It's been troublesome too all 580 I users as it doesn't have pc terminal. I heard some people use Paramount Miniphone to Hot Shoe Female w/Shoe, but it seems kinda awkward)
2. When you purchase Pocketwizard unit, does it come with the cable?
