I remember what the 'Big Film' was after the News, it was in fact Clint Eastwood in Magnum Force. I was taping it off the television, and through the showing the Lockerbie helpline flashed up on screen, i had it for a few years afterwards....seeing that helpline flash up on screen was awful.

police, camera, action isn't like a public service program is it? it's just a program to watch some cars crashing so i don't thinks it's that bad that the presenter got fined for drink driving.

i was only six when this happened. heavy stuff. i was probably in bed when the news reports came in. i remember my teacher being quite upset the next day. also remember christmas day being quite a sombre time. the queen had a lot on her case that day, if im correct, the pipa alpha and also a train disaster happened that year. of course you dont realise it when your six, why everyone is so down on christmas day.

I was only like 3 months old when this happened too young to actually know about it. When i was like 10 my grandpa told me about it i live in Dumfries which is like 8 miles or so from lockerbie i couldn't believe it especially when it happened 3 days before christmas i mean how sad is that people died 3 days before christmas i don't know how anyone coped =/

I was four when lockerbie air disaster happened and lived 8 miles away all i saw was the sky light up like a thunder and lightening storm. Really fields are probally still about but come on guys why would you want to see it. the petrol stations different and some houses were rebuilt.. But look at pictures on google of lockerbie. It wasnt much different back 20 years ago.
