I dont know you so it would be hard for me to tell but i assume you think he took steroids because his performance like other great strongman seem almost superhuman and could only be done with the use of steroids but i believe his results can be obtained with certain variables ( training, knowledge , coaching, genetics, dedication, etc) as examples. I believe these results are not unobtainable...I dont know this to be fact but i have witnessed things that lead me to believe its possible.

no.

do you take them?

they are Not tested for steroids. come on bro, ahola was on steroids.. theres not one single clean person that competes in the pro circuit of strongman. I'm not taking anything away from them, i compete in strongman too, they are great athletes and strongman is a great sport.

wow buddy i take a higher risk of dying everytime i get into a car and ive sure your very knowledgible in the health field but please shut up and take your ignorance esle where. Jauko ahola was a great stongman who didn't need to take steroids and your discrediting of his accomphlishments is sign of how ignorant you are. P.S. whats worse. Me fighting with an "adult" if youd like to call yourself that or you trying to fight with me about a field you very obviously know nothing about?

Then maybe you should see a doctor, or stop trying to lift stupid amounts of weight. Lifting too heavy can cause sudden increases in blood pressure and I doubt its good for you. Also, go play with your batman toys and stop trying to argue with adults.

honestly you think the main reason for his high blood pressure at that moment is mot likely steroids...dumbass anyone who deadlifts with anything close to that much weight would have off the chart blood pressure...and although your vocabularly is moderatley impressive you have shown it doesn't help your knowledge in physiology.

yes i agree its most likely does rasie blood...Unforetunately that idea takes the back seat when someone is dead lifting 360 kilos because even I a modest strength athlete have had nose bleeds from deadlifting with heavy weight.....and if you are two much of a little bitch to realize that these results are very obtainable if you lifted for as long and as hard as Jouko did then you should just shut the fuck up ok sweety.

Heh your naivete is astounding. Not to obfuscate your dull mind but its a proven medical side-effect that steroids raises blood pressure. There could be other reasons, but I find steroids a likely answer. If you think testing weeds out all steroids users then you are truly ignorant, puerile, and stupid. :)

one side effect of being dumb is making dumb comments...obviously anyones blood pressure is at a extremely high level when they strain their body that much. Also strongmen are tested for steroids and have been suspended from competition for even some supplements.
