I agree. I have met many Iranians here in England. They are (most of them) very hospitable. I liked the way they prepared rice, so I bought a ricecooker to make 'tahdigi' (I am not sure about spelling that). I would like to visit Iran one day and see some places, as Iran has rich history.

America is becoming a new world power so dont compare them as far as military is concerned with any country regardless of which side you support, thats just a fact. Instead of picking which side is stronger think of all the people that suffer with the political changes, think of all the families that lose their sons, fathers, husbands and families with the wars, religion and politics. Then wish for a peaceful future where the earth in one country and makind its citizens. Also enjoy the music.

and admit I have only seen the good things, like my family friends or places like the Caspian Sea. I have not met the poverty stricken people etc. I plan on going there and exploring every tip of it that i can. But no matter what state Iran is in there is always smthng in it that keeps its people proud and alive and i really love my nation. It makes me sad to hear u say that u are not proud to be iranian and that iran is trash, you have your own opinion but watch what u say before telling us to

Iran IS the country that once was so great in ancient times. Iran WAS the country that was about to become one of the top world powers 30 years ago. Iran IS the country with some of the most enduring and patient people who have seen a bloody war and revolution and still live their lives every day to what they can and many of them (not saying ALL) make their own lives productive and meaningful. Iran IS the country that mothered you and your culture. I have been to Iran many times(see next post)

There are New movements from PEOPLE. yes the fucking Mullahs run the country,the satellite tv is poisoning young people's mind BUT i still think we keep our culture pretty well. our culture lived through the Arab invasion AND IT WILL GET BETTER. I bet my life on it. Now who is making "ghormeh sabzi"???
