Fujifilm FinePix F100fd : DigInfo

DigInfo - http://movie.diginfo.tv Fujifilm released the "FinePix F100fd" digital camera as a commemorative model to celebrate the 10th anniversary since the initial release of the FinePix series. The new digital camera is designed with a dramatically wider dynamic range for seamless gradients between the brightest and darkest areas and is equipped with a wide-angle 28mm ~ 140mm Fujinon 5x optical zoom lens and "Face Detection 3.0", an enhanced face detection function. The "Face Detection 3.0" function loaded in the new FinePix F100fd provides the world's fastest face detection speed of 0.036 seconds. In addition, the conventional face detection range was further expanded to enable face detection over the entire 360° range including faces that are upside down. The camera displays the face determined to be the main subject in a green frame and focuses on that face. The brightness (exposure) is adjusted and optimized for all the faces in the photo including the faces displayed in white frames, and white balance is automatically adjusted based on the skin color of the detected faces.
