I have a Motorola SBG900 Surfboard. A freind of mine gave it to me. Where he got it from i dont know. But when I plug it up it doesnt connect to the Internet. Does anyone know how i cant fix this?

you need a one Mac to another area, and programming whit telnet to the webstar is easy, the command is: cd non-vol cd halif mac_address 1 xx:xx:xx:xx:xx write cd .. cd .. reset where XXXXXX it's the new mac

i have two modem.one is WebSTAR DPC2100R2 and motorola SB5101.Right now i'am using webstar modem.my cable operator identify me through my mac id.so if i can clone ma mac id to the mac id of a internet cafe then i think i could surf free internet when the internet cafe modem is on offline.i'am not an expert sir.but i have little bit knowledge about electronics and networks.please help me
