Hello, Yeah the oil needs to be hot and most of the flour will wash off but enough should stay on to form a light crust! THanks, Dave

Hey Dave, we dont't make fried chicken much. I've been encountering a problem. Whenever i put the flour covered chicken into the oil, the flour comes off leaving the chicken unbreaded. How do i fix this? ( i let the oil stop crackling before i put the chicekn in)
