Neil needs to be at the head of the committee. I'd say that this would make Youtube a much better place. Political videos shouldn't have "lol" anywhere near them. ...Unless it is pretty lulzy and it is used by an intellectual mocking the idiots. An IQ and writing test would probably assist in dropping the large amount of fail present.
