out of a 20" barrel the 6.5 grendel is still supersonic. It is a fantastic round. 6.5 anything is an inherently accurate bullet. I would take the 6.5 grendel for sure.

Hey man, just arm everyone with the 6.5 Grendel.
has more stopping power than the 6.8 after 100 yards, and higher ballistic coefficient than the 6.8. It can even outrange the 7.62 NATO while the 6.8 cant even reach out to 5.56 ranges.

I don't think so, their isn't too many rifles that take the 6.5 Grendel. One rifle has already been dedicated to the round, simply called the "6.5 grendel rifle" in the form of an AR-18. But Robinson arms is making their XCR take the 6.5, as well as the 5.56, 6.8, and 7.62.
