Looks at chains of olympus. He did infact. Hade's wife was tricked by the Gods and she was mad. So she unleashed Atlas and after Kratos killed her(a god)and then the world pillar was destroyed(they had a deal where the world would be destroyed but if it was his daughter would die). So he chained up atlas to the world(look at chains of olympus for better description)

hey guys do you think god of war III will have in game visuals matching the cgi cutscenes? or close to them at least? check out mgs4! i hope god of war III kicks as much ass as the first 2!!
