Some of you guys are getting it confused wing chun is an insied defensive style done primarily with the arms use to strike the mid section the guy that taut bruce lee the wing chun technique could make a man throw up with the slightest of punch to the midsection.

its a very nice martial art, but the problem i found is that it hardly adapts to normal people, it need lot of training and hight speed movements. I've practice Jiu Jitsu and it result very confortable to learn
