I'ts harder to draw on a drawing pad, but it has the benefit of letting you sketch a massive amount of images in a short amount of time without ending up with discarded paper all over the place. Also, if you use Photoshop you can shade and color your sketches, go back and edit mistakes easily and so on and so forth. Basically its a whole lot more flexible, and makes learning easier. But it wont teach you how to draw.

ineeed some help! Tablets is kinda 'new' in norwegian stores, so they cost like 10 000 nok ($ 1667) It's much cheaper to buy over the internet, but most internetstores don't sell international. do you know a internetstore that sells to europe/norway? It'd been much help!

I would say maybe getting a wacom and learning to draw on IT. I don't own one but I would think that if you actually learned to draw on one then you will be better with working with it. Just my 2 cents.
