hearn adds much more emotion to it... i think thats the main difference between the two sweeneys

I would disagree with those who say Hearn played a "maniacal" Sweeney. I personally think Hearn started off as Benjamen Barker, a man who wanted to avenge his wife's horrible rape. Somewhere down the line, good ol' Anthony ruins his moment for revenge, sending him over the edge. Now that everything he wanted in his life is gone, he decides that everyone is horrible and filled with filth. That is when he becomes Sweeney, that is then the sane part of him dies.

this is ok, but i personally prefer johnny depp's rendition of it because it takes the much darker turn instead of how hearn makes it much more maniacal.

personally i like both but i think the Depp fans love sucking his d*** too much
Its annoying because i tend to like Depp less than i would normally because of these overbearing idiots
Anyway thanks for the upload it's amazing :D

there was humor in the movie, just really dark stuff, not light cheery humor, like a little priest was definitely filled with dark humor

A bit too fast for my taste, but I could listen to it. I like jd and hbc's version though. |
