I just captured a video of my own. (same game and place, it's on my page.) and by mistake i had directed fraps to capture in full resolution...
Let me tell you a 4 minute video with no compression in 1920x1200 is BIG. 7.5Gig to be precise. And funny enough it didn't lag at all... Think it's my quad-core workin'.

Fraps will drive FPS way down. anti aliasing has a lot to do with fraps doing this.
For those saying Xbox 360 = best system eve conceived, you need some kind of miracle. I would say just do some research, but to you that means "press more buttons". My PC easily outdoes any of my consoles.
