already tried it upload iphone software into ipod for somereason so now its really fucked up.

hold both fo teh ipod buttons (the home button, and the lock screen button thingy at the top) and once the apple thing comes up hold down your home screen, that may or may not work

This FUCKed up my ipod it will no longer charge or turn on at all and won't recognize in iTunes. Thanks Alot.
