The power of ignorance and arrogance are always short lived. Somalia had no comprehension of the Ethiopian mind set. Time and time again when they thought that Ethiopia was at its weakest they invaded but time and time again no matter how weak and disorganized Ethiopia seemed, it bloodied the hell out of them and now their non-existance as a nation is a result of their arrogance and ignorance.

although somaliland has a great relationship with ethiopia and the 1977 war is mostly forgotten, nevertheless in 1997 it was part of the power somalia whom crushed the ethiopians before the help from the soviets arrived.

Once there was a nation called Somalia. The nation became belligerent in the peaceful East Africa. It started to extend its hand and tried shamefully to snatch land from its neighbor. Too bad for Somalia its neighbor was/is strong and mighty. Somalia got bitch slapped and it was not the same again. The end!
